Intensive development of the brand and expansion of the offer with products that our consumers expect is the main goal for the youngest brand in our portfolio – Ocelio. Keeping an eye on dietary trends, we offered our customers a completely new product category – gluten-free gnocchi and the well-known and well-liked corn noodles – penne and shells in 500 g.

Ocelio’s gluten-free potato gnocchi are our answer to the increasingly popular convience trend. Consumers want to eat tasty, fast and healthy, so instant gnocchi will be a great option for a quick lunch. Just drop them into hot salted water and take them out two minutes after they float. They are available in three variants – classic, with the addition of tomatoes and with the addition of spinach. The delicate and soft noodles are made from rehydrated potatoes, rice flour and potato starch, so they remain gluten-free and are safe for people with celiac disease and those who exclude gluten from their diets.

Gluten-free penne pasta and shells are prepared from 100% corn flour. Its simple composition and lack of gluten content make it an ideal dinner side dish for anyone paying close attention to their diet. Ocelio currently offers as many as 4 types of pasta – the aforementioned penne and shells, as well as knees (cornetti) and swirls (fusilli).
